I would imagine this has been covered before. If so, could somebody just point me to a relevant thread. Thanks.
Otherwise, here's the story:
Since the weekend, my 'On Loan' figure has dropped approx £566, whilst my 'On Market' figure has increased by £113. The latter figure is explained by my Repayments schedule for Jan 2018 showing a repayment of £113 today.
Net result is I'm £453 down. How do I determine what caused it ?
thanks

Does your account history for the last few days show that, or anything unusual?

"I have mine set to withdraw automatically every Monday, do you maybe have that too?" A: if you mean withdraw to an external bank account, No, I only ever do that manually and it's very occasional. I've double checked and: Account History shows no withdrawals in the last 10 days Auto Withdrawal shows 'Nothing Selected' for day of week or day of month. (Shouldn't be, as I've never used that function)
"Does your account history for the last few days show that, or anything unusual?" A: not that I can see, hence my reason for posting. I would have guessed that a drop of the order of £450+ would be easy to spot, but I can't see it.

Ok, well as far as I'm aware, your account history should show everything going in or out. I've not had a reconciliation issue on RS before, so otherwise at a loss. I guess contact customer services.
Do let us know what it was though, I'm curious now!

I rang RS, spoke to a guy called Chris, explained my account seemed to have suffered an unexpected loss of £450+ (plus I'd had a drop of around £200 over the last week). He said it MAY be a problem they'd seen recently where Contracts were formed, even had the Lender's name set, but the Contract wasn't linked correctly to the Lender's account, hence didn't show in the account totals. They're still looking into that (no fix date promised) and would link my case to that 'ticket'. For now, I'll sit tight. When he asked 'is there anything else I can help you with today ?', I said 'you could get rid of that annoying pop-up seen on login, as it's hacking off loads of people'. Got the impression they were aware of lender feedback.

Date Placed Order Number Amount Rate Queue Actions 25/01/2018 O189502218196 £20.33 6.0% £958.1k Change Cancel 24/01/2018 O189303373364 £192.28 6.0% £908.6k Change Cancel
see above, the above two Lend offers have just re-appeared since talking to Chris at RS. They explain the approx £200 that went 'missing' last week (which I stupidly never rang in). Note the Date Placed values. These offers weren't showing yesterday, as they'd been matched. All I need now is the money that's gone missing since yesterday.

I've just checked my balance and all the missing money from my account since Friday has now reappeared. Yes I had phoned RS about it this morning - and no I wasn't the only one affected.

I think RS should have either checked ALL Lender accounts, or at least emailed Lenders asking them to report any anomalies. I only noticed mine as I happened to know yesterday's balances and it was a sizeable amount. Accounts where only a little went astray might not have been noticed by Lenders. Just checked my account and another one has re-appeared (3rd one since ringing RS), probably correcting my account Date Placed Order Number Amount Rate Queue Actions 22/01/2018 O188890101536 £478.03 6.0% £1.0m Change CancelTogether with the earlier two re-instated Lending offers, that's £690.64 that would have gone 'missing' if I hadn't rung RS !
