Just wondering what filters people commonly use/feel important and why?
Coming from the larger property P2P sites I have my own internal filters built in, but that is mainly for property loans, where here there are very few, rather mainly car and personal loans to developing European states, which are a completely different field
Thanks

Having rather a lot of defaulted mortgage and business loans and with the very slow progress of recoveries, I am currently concentrating on loans with guaranteed repurchase and shorter length, however having invested here since the beginning I already have lots of diversification, so this would probably not be for someone new to Mintos who wants to spread their risk.

Because I only buy loans with a buyback guarantee, the solvency of the loan organiser is more important than the quality of the loan. So I create a separate Autoinvest portfolio for each loan organiser so that I can set a different maximum exposure and minimum interest rate for each loan organiser. Apart from those constraints I accept any loan.
As Mintos marketing campaigns come and go, I tweak my Autoinvest constraints to bias my purchases in favour of loans that benefit from the campaign So at the moment I am not buying Mogo loans unless they are 4 years or longer.

Errr, what does the "fist" shown against some loan amounts mean?

Those with guaranteed buyback and shorter terms, also only certain lenders.

Errr, what does the "fist" shown against some loan amounts mean? Mintos replied directly to me that it indicates the loan is made in the LOCAL currency.

Term: 6m - 36m Amortization: Full Countries: Excl Denmark, Romania, Spain, Czech BuyBack: Yes Interest: >12% Diversification: Enabled Portfolio Cap: 25% of total portfolio value
Aside from that, I'm all in on the cashback campaigns.
I wish we could set a relative issue date. That would be a huge improvement over setting an absolute issue date.
