I usually post on platforms pages, where I have investments, in the negative where I disagree with something. I wish to balance this up with praise for @lendy, Paul64 and other team members for exemplary customer service recently. I had family pressures that created stresses. Paul and the team showed tact, compassion and a willingness to think outside the box way beyond my expectations for a financial services firm. My family and I thank the whole team for their work at this stressful time for us. S

I genuinely struggle to understand the correlation between "providing a first class customer service" and their stated aim to respond within 5 days to a support issue. If you wish to make a complaint, then it extends to a 4 week investigation. And if you disagree with the conclusions like I did, then they would need to take a further 4 weeks to review. I could moan even more if anyone is interested
