Thanks for this MONEY. I've just tried it out and it works fine. The only thing I'd add for anyone else, is that you may need to switch off any pop-up blockers you may have on first.

By default, dialogue boxes are not generally blocked by pop-up blockers, so you should be okay without disabling them. If your results are otherwise, yes, it's always worth a try. Actually, using Firefox, I didn't get the second pop up box about preventing additional dialogues until I turned mozilla's pop up blocker off. Which reminds me ..... Must turn it back on again. interesting about purchasing your parts back, I had thought this might work, but had never tried it.

Interesting stuff MONEY - thank you. I'd never have arrived at the workaround for selling the weeny bits. I'd have worked out that I could buy back my own loan parts because I'd have tried it had I ever been left with small amounts for a long time, or large amounts going overnight. As it is, I list smaller chunks of the loan parts, all at once, during the morning so that I can be sure that at least some of them sell during the day, and up till now they've always all sold. Now I could just list the whole amount I want to sell as a single lump, and buy back anything that hasn't sold - perhaps with one smaller lump that would provide the money to do so if my account is empty (as it usually is!).

There’s a £14.00 part of Property Bridge 001 on the market if anyone is interested.

I think the latter posts were a cry of 'please help my loan part sale is stuck'. Perhaps we need a separate thread where seller's can flag these up if desperate; although in my experience they usually go within 24-48 hrs anyway. .

[Mod hat on]
My impression is that the system now allows sub £50 parts to be sold without any trickery on our part, and hence we no longer need this thread pinned. Has anyone had recent issues with sub £50 parts ?

thanks - it says interest paid monthly or interest paid upfront. who wouldn't want their interest paid upfront?

thanks - do you get to charge a premium? No. Anything highlighted green is available, currently 25, 6, 7 but all for peanuts, Best time is around the time a new loan is due launch/launches as people sell holdings to invest in new opportunities.

thanks.
i dont understand why Lendy hide the borrower and the information in the report, like the property address of the security.
dont know if you saw my earlier post, if you buy a secondary loan it asks if you want interest paid upfront or monthly? who doesnt want upfront lol?

who doesnt want upfront lol? Anybody who wants the flexibility to be able to sell on their loan part - if you take the interest up front you don't get to sell it on.

Has anyone had recent issues with sub £50 parts ? I think the system has been changed to allow this. The slider still starts at £50 on the left, but if the part is smaller than that the right end of the slider shows the amount of the part, and the slider is inactive. As a result, IMHO this thread no longer needs to be pinned.
