Dear Jeepers, and thanks for your forum message. You're assessment however is wrong, and does not reflect the business models of a great many P2P lenders. From our position, we place just as much focus on our repayments and recoveries programmes as we do on new loan origination, and our portfolio management team has been beefed up over recent months, who have had much success - including a large £2m+ repayment yesterday. The attached article hopefully provides a little more information. View Attachment. Do though get in touch if you have any specific questions and we'll get back to you. Thanks again, Paul64Please be very careful if you go to the linked magazine website. There is a tiny warming that continuing to browse will give them permission to use your facilities for bitcoin mining. It is off the page on mobiles.

If DFL 5 gets repaid by the end of the week my confidence will be restored. If not then it really will look like someone's spinning us a yarn. Why the fixation (from quite a few on here) over the exact timing of DFL005's completion? It's hard enough trying to get both sides' solictitors happy with a simple residential house sale; the complexities on something this big must be considerable. But there's nothing to suggest it's not proceeding according to plan. The original mansion house sale (PBL058) similarly took a lot longer than originally expected to complete (take a look at the updates). Deep breath, folks ... I'm sure Lendy are just as keen for it to complete as you are! It's because this borrower owes over £20m and we're now 30 days overdue and the updates are rather vague.

A successful outcome to something, allegedly within days of repayment for many months and enough yarn already to make me a suit, doesn't restore my confidence in anything other than random chance.

The fixation with this loan is as stated previously Trust , Trust, Trust. The upcoming pipeline loans look to be not the best.
Field in Oxford. Overpriced Hotel.
They may or may not be good loans. Sort out DFL005 and investors may stay, if Lendy post words like should be paid, the solicitors think, etc Trust goes
Some one must know, its either that or Solicitors really do guess and charge huge amounts for nothing, just my point of view
