I had a look but couldn't find the answer on Ratesetter website.
If you place an order or re-invest in say the 5 year at 6.5%, but after a month of it not being used you want to withdraw as cash, is this possible ?
I see on the FAQ you can change the interest rate, but are you committed to the 5 yr contract even even the funds are not loaned out...?
Thanks

Thanks for that bit of information. The cancel action had escaped me when using the Rolling account. Very helpful and shows how useful this forum can be to assist investors. Best wishes, SXLR

In fact you don't even need to cancel them.
When you go to "Money out" and select withdrawal it displays both holding account money and on market money. The sum of these is the total that it will permit you to withdraw. If the figure you enter is greater than the holding amount, a prompt appears stating
"The amount you requested is greater than your current Holding Account balance so the difference will be taken by cancelling some or all of your current orders on the markets. "
You then have to confirm or cancel.

Thanks for that additional info.
I have not wanted to take money out of RS as yet.
I use the monthly rate market as a rolling 30 day account whilst using other P2P platforms at the same time for longer term loans.
All the best, SXLR
