Am Im getting old or are team members in P2P companies generaly very young (or looking young)?
I have nothing against young people but sometimes (not always) a bit more experience comes with age. Experience about how to steer away a company from financial trouble et cetera.
How do you conduct DD on management when it comes to P2P companies? Previous experience and jobs? Is it a factor for you when choosing where to invest?
I find it much harder with P2P then doing it with board members of listed stock companies. Actually nearly impossible.
