Have been looking at the above ISA, does anyone know anything about them?
On first glance it seems to be appealing in some ways but you are buying a bond which does not have any recognised secondary market and while the interest rate is not bad you are effectively stuck with it to term while being fully exposed to the whole gamut of property market risk.
Also, I could not see how long they have been in operation and what if any track record (that could be me not being that good at looking!).
