In Lendyspeak “disappointed” means what in other words :
in other threads here we have had “gutted”
Can I add “sick as a parrot”?
Any others?

They're making millions whilst we're losing millions.
'Dissapointed' means a bit of a nuisance having to deal with it instead of just setting sail on their yacht!

disappointed = "not particularly bothered" [because it's your money that's lost suckers, not ours. We are sitting here on a big fat pile of cash feeling smug, and telling ourselves that you should have known better than to invest in this loan. After all, it does say on our website "your capital may be at risk". So screw you.]
