I am guessing that English is not the first language of the author. As they are acting as a journalist I would expect higher standards than this.
Interesting sub article from 12 Feb about a jailed lender. Maybe one to add to the watch list for the future. Could do with FCA catching more people acting against the best interests of their customers and giving similar punishments.
