Just wondering if anyone else has now or in the past experienced transactions they didn't make showing up in the "Account Information" log?
I've contacted customer services but while I wait for a reply I'd be interested to see if I'm the only one or what other explanation there might be?
These two appeared which are dated today and at the same time. I don't even think this loan was on sale today? All a bit odd and slightly unsettling.

I got an email at 14.22

Thanks for the reply RT, but the loan description says it went live on Feb 8? I got other emails from FS today but not this one. The problem I have is if I did invest in this loan I didn't do it today !
Is it possible I stumped up on on the 6th or 7th but it only took the cash today? Or at least it showed the transaction as having happened today?

Well I wouldn't bet my house on it..but the Poole loan went live today (as it happens ive been checking it regularly cos ive got quite a few squid in it) and definitely not Feb 8th

Could it be that you committed funding on the first date and it was only drawn down today by the borrower?

Transactions relating to loan funding only show in the transation statement when the loan drawsdown so if you invested when the loan first launched and it took 2 weeks to fill and then a week until it was activated then the entry will be on the date it was activated not the date of investment.
Ive got loads of entries like that.

Poole went up on the platform 11am 8th Feb...and was a renewal of 3171***183 so 11 days to go live

I was once credit with a deposit that I didn't make  It was corrected the following day  Luckily I hadn't withdrawn/loaned it. |

Just in case anyone else reads this, to confirm Ilmoro was right (thanks again). There was nothing odd or unusual - all working as it should ! The main reason I posted was to get an answer quicker than waiting for the next working day (which I did) since I was slightly uneasy at the time.
