In the light of the FS update dated 5 Feb 18 ("Development is now complete and two of the houses have exchanged, two are in legals, pending exchange and the final house is under offer. Estimated value, based on agreed sale prices, is £1,135,000" LTV:56%) can these renewal loans (2436330967 and 2930286500) be considered to be of relatively low risk?
I would welcome thoughts on any associated "hidden risks" in these renewal loans, if any, having regard to the ostensibly positive update from FS dated 5 Feb 18.

I cant add much other than all tranches rank equally so if it goes down the swanny (which appears to be unlikely) as all tranches are equal, whether your in the 1st or last doesn't matter. However, there are two (I think) supplementary loans totalling £183K... 1979213270 +2050780461..in the (unlikely) case of default they would rank behind all others..im not a legal beagle but I think that's all correct. I'm sure theres more knowledgeable folk out there who will assist if I'm wrong

They look low risk to me. If I had some spare cash I would have a slice. Maybe something else will repay early tomorrow morning.

It's ten past eleven now and I still can't get back onto the site. I was on earlier at 11:00 but got diddly squat on the renewals.
Got in now by starting from scratch ... (Oooooh!)

It's ten past eleven now and I still can't get back onto the site. I was on earlier at 11:00 but got diddly squat on the renewals. I didn't have any site access issue, but sweet Football Association in terms of getting any allocation. Fact is, decent loans are in short supply, just loads of high risk dross.

1.Any idea how much of the existing loans were renewed? As the FS update indicated that this is now a fairly decent loan, presumably a significant proportion of the existing holders would have renewed and so very little was available today? 2. Surely fundingsecure realise loans like these are expected to be much in demand. If they can set limits on other (new) loans couldn't they have done so on these too?

There have been some of these loan parts at 0.0% on the SM since 11am. That's OK if you want the parts for the IFISA, but not the main account.
