Interesting. I'll be curious to find out how they've managed to more than double the value of the property in the last 5 years (purchased for £395k in 2013, as per VR).
Btw, check out the valuer's remarks, unusually chatty. Apparently this house "wouldn't look out of place in a Footballers wives scenario". Having not viewed or taken part in such a scenario recently, I look forward to enlightening myself tomorrow morning.
Oh, and it has an indoor barbeque in the garden. Sounds to me like that wouldn't look out of place in a particularly grim Eastenders Christmas special scenario either.

Each to their own of course..but I bet the neighbours were not best pleased when this went for PA... IMHO the porch looks not only appalling but out of proportion and as for the back..... No shops or school in the 'village' but I'm sure the resident of said property who now appears to be a developer will be miffed his family name appears on the VR...not  p.s..Perceived similarity with this houses name and the majestic one in nature, which is a thing of beauty, is entirely coincidental |

You really don't know T*******ge I know what you mean, it is the mildly posher end (of a backwater market town), but do street view it, it is not millionaires row by any stretch of the imagination
