Something about vendor not supplying some documentation. Any who it was cancelled and they auto reinvested some Mexborough funds to their two residential properties at the time. You could stop this but had to email them.

Exeter, Devon, Hope Court, EX4 has this one failed to complete too? Once again they sent e-mails to those who had invested in this one. Apparently PP had sufficient feedback that potential investors felt they'd gone back to Exeter too soon, i.e. they wanted location diversity. I'd hazard a guess that this was from some of their big hitters. They cancelled it and transferred people's Exeter investments to the Southampton listing that they put up at the same time as withdrawing Exeter. For the money people had committed to Exeter that was transferred (excluding auto-invest funds), the 7.5% dividend for a year deal was maintained for Southampton. We had the opportunity to cancel this auto allocation just like the Mexborough case.
