FS has been dead all week...not much activity on the SM either...discounts have been at a minimum as well, pushing 0.1%/0.2%...what's going on?

But there's 5 quality* loans available on the primary market for you!
*3 Second Charges, A questionable 'desktop valuation' on a leasehold wreck, and a massive multi tranche development project that most people have already bought their desired exposure to.

I have around 113 loans with around 102 not available for resale as they are overdue or in default so cannot sell. So FS is dead. All I can do now is sit back and wait for the money to flood in.

Surely there must be a logical explanation...in the 5 months I have been here I have not seen this sort of situation! PM is slow and ....SM doesn't have many bargains and still people are not buying at decent premiums I can only assume peoples funds are tied up!

Global equities took quite a hit at the beginning of the month, my spare cash this month has been going into shares (Buy the dip). I'm sure i'm not the only one.

Whitehaven showed me how FS operate and I invest in almost 0 new property loans on the platform now.
Still I put into whatever pawn ones I can get my hands on, which isn't that much.

There has actually been a fairly major loan redemption today, for the house in Marlborough - £614k. FS could actually do with advertising their closures a little more ( I don't mean Lendy style!).
As it is, it's very difficult to tell which loans have recently redeemed, as FS don't tend to add a comment when they close off a loan. If they did, you could filter by 'completed' and sort by updated date to get the gist.
Agree though that the SM remains a tad sluggish.

The forum does a good job at highlighting the 'problem' loans and redemptions are seldom mentioned. I think it would be in FS's interest to perhaps list redemptions on heir weekly email or perhaps have a 'recently repaid' section on their website and list them by redemption date.

In line with my new 100 day policy for most loans, I just listed a car part on the SM and it went in seconds. Yea, I should have added a premium....

I am considering a similar policy...being an ex FC flipper ;-). What sort of premium/discount do you sell at 100 days? Have you always managed to sell your loans (3/4/5 figure amounts....)?
