Are these "Exchanges" going to be shuffling tens or hundreds of transactions a day through my GBBA account ad infinitum? I keep manual records in Excel, and to be honest, these "double" transactions are a pain in the ass. Their frequency should have died down now, with future frequency depending on wider account activity.

I just made a change to the algorithm so there'll be another round of exchanges before it dies down again.

chris : Thanks for the implementation of this feature. It's done wonders for the diversity of my accounts and I really do appreciate it. Meanwhile, can you please clarify one little thing for me? Perhaps I'm just being a bit thick, but when the entry in my account says... ... it isn't the least bit obvious to me which of the two parts mentioned is the one being added to my account and which is the part being taken away? I.e. Do I now have more P****** A******** (538) and less H** Limited (536) than I had before the transaction? Or do I now have more H** Limited (536) and less P****** A******** (538) than I had before the transaction? If I'm not the only person having trouble understanding these entries, perhaps the wording needs changing slightly. Now go enjoy the rest of your weekend!

Without checking the code I believe it's the first part mentioned that is being sold with the second part being bought, but I'll double check tomorrow.

My GBBA account was 100% loan 441 a few days ago, and I have watched that slowly being whittled down (now around 10% of my GBBA). The loan segment you're getting rid of goes first.

I must say I'm very impressed with how this process is working. Last night I added £100 to my GBBA. Within 15 minutes that all had been invested in Loan #464. Then, over the next 10 minutes, half of the new investment had been exchanged out into other loans, reducing my holding of #464 to a smaller proportion (~3%) of my total GBBA. Full marks to chris and his team for designing and implementing this feature!
