My investment settings are set to auto reinvest any interest.
Tried turning it off but it seems that cannot be done on the settings page. You have to email BM to request turning it off.
Did that this morning but tonight I see that nothing has changed.
Anyone else had any problems getting auto invest turned off?

Mrs groon asked for her settings to be changed on 13 February and was told on 14 February that "We will change the settings for you shortly."
Nothing happened ... yet.
On any other platform (at any rate, on any other platform used by myself or by Mrs g) this sort of thing is straightforward as settings can be managed directly by the lender. Why not on Bondmason?

We've probably had more instances of clients accidentally changing their investment settings, and forgetting, than clients who actually want to change their investment settings (which is very rare, less once a week).
Hence the email confirmation requirement.
@groon - did you get any acknowledgement of your request? It may have gone into spam.
