which p2p platforms accept cash deposit via credit cards? I would sincerely hope that none would. Borrowing to invest requires a great deal of thought, whereas typing in a credit (instead of debit) card number is all too easy.

One would also hope (though I don't know) that the FCA would not approve it either, and it would prevent any Platform's offering it from being approved by them.

Collecting Airmiles? If so, check about the cash advance fees as mentioned above. (I forgot about them to my 50p detriment when I put a tenner on the Grand National last year with a betting site. Luckily it came in second so I didn't have to sell the house to pay the charge )

Wouldn't it be great to invest in a loan using a credit card for more than £100 and print the loan details. If it does not pay back in accordance with expectation then S75 rules would, maybe, give one some protection?

In my humble opinion, no platforms should be accepting credit cards to credit lender accounts.

I don't see what the problems is if you are responsible. I quite like the ones that do since I get a percentage cashback for spending on the credit card. If they all did, I'd be cycling the money around all the time and earning extra profit.

If it does not pay back in accordance with expectation then S75 rules would, maybe, give one some protection? For avoidance of doubt. It is not likely that an S75 claim would be upheld under current rules. Please recognise the word "maybe" in my original is the operative caveat in my final comment.
