I think this is one of the few loans most of us would be happy to have drag on for a while longer. Even the supplemental loan... However, the number of loan repayments I've had in the last month is certainly a welcome reminder that FS can be a decent source of return (in some cases) Do you still think that way ? I wish they'd get on with it and foreclose. Yes, but my previous post prior to that in this thread explains why I don't believe any loan is risk free.

Rightmove now shows "Sold STC". Lets hope the STC doesn't change in a months time after valuation/negotiation completed. Still showing as STC on RM. Maybe the EA knows where the AB is. (AB = Absent Borrower  )

Positive Update from FS just now.
We have been advised by the Borrowers Solicitor that completion of this loan is due to take place 12th August 2019.

I wouldn't bet my life on the word of a borrower's solicitor based on other FS updates, but I'm more than happy to bet my stake in this loan on it...

Yes very good result. Had four figures (just) invested so pleased to see that.
Also good to see the last update was a genuine one.

Importantly it gives FS some revenue towards paying the bills which they have very little of at the moment
