A code fix has been deployed and tested, the erroneous withdrawals corrected, and lender support desk briefed. Fix does not fully work; I got an erroneous withdrawal on my GEA overnight. I had set a withdrawal target to get the balance down to a round amount, and found it had overshot by £0.48. Checking the statement I see the following series of transactions, including a duplicated withdrawal of £0.48... the bug that I think you said you'd fixed yesterday unless I'm reading the thread above this post incorrectly? Also the total loan parts sold were more than needed to effect the withdrawal target, so there's probably a related bug somewhere else too. 2nd Mar 2018 at 02:31 Inter account transfer to cash account -£0.48 2nd Mar 2018 at 02:31 Inter account transfer to cash account -£0.48 2nd Mar 2018 at 02:31 Sale of loan part 46533909 (new id 49492240) for 19.1592611171227953503800000000000000114489 GBP - fee 0 GBP, annualised rate 7.000, loan: Donard Wind - Windmills No3 Ltd (360) £19.15 2nd Mar 2018 at 02:31 Inter account transfer to cash account -£19.15 2nd Mar 2018 at 02:31 Sale of loan part 46533909 (new id 49492239) for 19.1592611171227953503800000000000000114489 GBP - fee 0 GBP, annualised rate 7.000, loan: Donard Wind - Windmills No3 Ltd (360) £19.15 2nd Mar 2018 at 02:31 Inter account transfer to cash account -£35.00 2nd Mar 2018 at 02:31 Sale of loan part 48433682 (new id 49492149) for 35.0066793537793292773867320635131065607516 GBP - fee 0 GBP, annualised rate 7.000, loan: Ballyduggan Wind - Windmills No3 Ltd (359)

sl75 - looks like it could be related but is different as the fix yesterday was specifically to access account interest payments. I'll get someone to investigate.

Thanks chrisIn case it helps I have my property and GBBA accounts set to withdraw the total amount, and set to withdraw payments and interest. I quite regularly reset then withdraw target as it gets out of sync with the total in the account. Never more than a few pounds from what I can remember. At the moment on the property account Awaiting withdraw 157.13 Total investment 157.04 On the GBBA Awaiting withdraw 14190.63 Total investment 14191.23

My 30DAA has gone haywire.... over 30 transactions for a single interest payment and then a completely random allocation that bears no resemblance to the interest amount!!
I had similar problems with transfer of interest for the QAA at the February interest payment date.
Its a bit alarming that these problems continue.... I expect Assetz have been receiving quite a lot of calls over the past 24 hours.

I expect Assetz have been receiving quite a lot of calls over the past 24 hours. If you could give your details to the lender desk then we can investigate. There's a full explanation of what happened on the previous page, and when the fix was applied it to the lower value of the amount erroneously swept out of the account and your current cash balance. So if the corrective payment was for a lower amount than the sum of the 30 withdrawals then it's likely your cash balance hit zero.
