In view of the Collateral administration, I feel it is time for platforms to prepare themselves better to the eventuality of a forced administration. In the case of FundingSecure I have difficulty in finding a good way to download an 'official proof' of my Investments. I see close to each loan a sort of certification, but this is done loan by loan and I have too many of them to make this pratical. I would like to have an official pdf form of the 'My Current Investment' tab, which is a good summary of all the parts owned. Does FS provide any summary statement anywhere on the site? Do you know any tool that can produce it easily? I tried with Faststone Capture scrolling window, but the semitransparent top bar makes a mess of the result. Any suggestion^ Just select My Investments and take a screenshot of that. I really don't think it's necessary though. I don't think there will be an issue with investors having to prove what they had in each loan. The administrator will have access to Collateral's systems. I'm sure at some point they will fire up their website again in a read only basis.

That's the point: how do you take a correct screenshot of the FS tab "My Investments"? Note that I have more than a hundred of loan parts. When I select show all from the drop down menu I can see them all in a scrolling page. But I cannot find any screenshot tool which will scroll correctly the long page due to the use of a moving transparent bar at the top of the FundingSecure pages. If you really want to do it I would just take several screenshots. Snap the screen and scroll down, repeat... It's going to be a pain doing that every time your loan balances update though.

It has to be something practical. A user cannot spend hours to have a summary statement that FS should already provide! I just highlight all my investments, right click, copy and paste into Excel, takes 10 seconds max ...... which is mainly taken up with my computer scrolling down through a rather long list

Print to PDF is often a good solution. I try and do this regularly as well as cut n paste to excel.

Ahh bring back the 'good old days' when downloads on platforms were a novelty, the days of 'creative thinking' appear to be deserting us.

In response to this request for a summary of "proof of investments" we have added a new link to enable investors to download a summary list in a pdf format.

Great to see such a fast response. Could I request a time stamp on the pdf please though?

I just get a "Dear ," A very useful new facility. fundingsecure: Is there any chance that when you're fixing the problem noted above -- I have it too -- you could add a total at the bottom of the right-hand ("Your investment") column?
