I see that PM truly believe that investors will see the benefit in PM paying dividends quarterly in arrears rather than monthly in arrears, I'm struggling to see the benefit to investors, but it seems like less work and better cash flow for PM.
Do we want to replace PM as the SPV manager? Most folk won't vote so I guess that they will stay in post.
Voting closes at midnight on Thursday, the 8th March 2018.
Voting methodology: 75% of the vote is needed to remove Property Moose and appoint another agent (Option 2). Abstentions will be deemed to vote for Option 1. Your vote is linked to the number of shares you have across your buy-to-let portfolio.

No management agent is going to be perfect . I for one would rather deal with one agent than a myriad of agents.

I'll probably vote for PM to stay agent.
But did anyone else notice that they're going to write off their loans to date to the SPVs?! This is massive right? I'm pretty impressed.

I don't mind quarterly, *provided* they use the resources saved to improve accuracy & relaunch the SM!
Biggest concern is late rent - could take 3 months to get a 1 day late payment!
