Anyone read this pile of self-congratulatory b*******t?
Surprisingly there's no mention of defaults anywhere in the report (that I can find) but lots of warm words and a mission statement that says: "Our aim is to continue to help our investors generate impressive returns from a range of exciting projects, while protecting their capital and improving our service offering to borrowers."
So that's all right then = at least for Liam and Tim sitting on their nice fat £3M plus profit!

you should know by now big business/banks/financial institutions/politics etc/etc this is where you get big fat wages plus big fat bonuses/pensions for losing ordinary peoples money's and jobs.i will never understand this culture of payment/bonuses for complete incompetance and failure.in our world you would be out the door sacked .

Yep. Their swaggering egotistic vainglorious reporting style was quite intriguing. I almost fell of my chair when I read 'Our activity is driven by listening to our customers....' and '2017 was a great year for the company. But that's not good if no one knows about it. We've therefore placed a stronger emphasis on communication resulting in increases in positive national press...' Not to mention the numerous accolades, wow!
If 2017 was great, what will 2018 be described as? You can see the direction Lendy have decided to take. That pushes me to take the other direction until they get full authorisation and improve loan quality and recovery. As they say, better safe than sorry.
The dubious valuations encountered, endless monitoring and time consuming DD has taken its toll. This is not what I envisaged at their inception but they have made it this way by acting inconsistently on behalf of the investor. It's their full time job, not mine.

I cant find their balance sheet in any of the reports that the present. Does anyone know how to get information like that? I would like to see the real numbers like balance sheet, cash flow statement etc.

I would like to see the real numbers like balance sheet, cash flow statement etc. Nope, other than the accounts required to be filed at CH which given they are a small company dont have to include great detail, financial info will be confidential & have limited circulation.
