Russia (Putin) couldn't care less about public opinion outside Russia, they want to be seen to be bold, brutal, and just plain scary. The incident with Angela Merkel and the giant dog in the Kremlin tells you all you need to know about the Russian (Putin) mentality. That and the uncontested fact that they already murdered someone on British soil with Polonium. Their protestations that they would be keen to help investigate this one if the correct protocols were followed ring a little hollow.

A little too Putin supporting for me. I understand Russia's fears of western expansion. I find Russia's usual stance whenever something happens that might of been their fault is Shaggy's "it wasn't me" but the actions afterwards are always to promote the actual actor, hence the Litvenenko poisoner just happened to become a Russian MP. The "little green men" that invaded Ukraine just happened to be Russian soldiers. The MH17 jetliner just happened to get shot down by Russian made equipment when Russia was invading Ukraine ( I have little doubt but Russia is an expert on shedding doubt). The attacks on Georgia have to be seen to be believed. The list goes on and on, all under a Putin Presidential/Prime Ministership. This amount of lying adds up to the point where the UK public know when a Russian Minister is lying, as the old joke goes, "when they open their mouths". hybrid warfare is a tricky thing to understand. My experience of working with Russian businesses is that there is no concept of win-win, only win-lose, luckily (and it was a lot of luck) we never found out what win-lose meant. I wouldn’t recommend investing via this platform. There is only one crystallised loss (I**q’s WMD), the rest of the loan book is unredeemed. DD is terrible, worse than on FC, no repayments and no updates. “P***n” loan is the largest with lots of facilities and tranches, more than FS has ever produced. I doubt this new loan “P***n poisoned a former spy and his daughter” is going to repay – it will join the “unredeemed” for eternity. The tranches you've mentioned are still unredeemed. No evidence was presented to prove that Lugovoy was responsible. The "little green men" was a gimmick that became popular when Kolomoyskiy announced $10,000 premium per head. Despite all attempts, there's still no evidence of Russian army being present in Donbas. MH17 - Ukraine use Russian made weapons, in fact they we coproducing them up until change of regime in Ukraine, and Ukraine also had BUK missile systems. There is no evidence that Russia had anything to do with shooting that plane. The attack on Georgia was real, but that is out of topic because it was confirmed by Kremlin and reasons given (Saakashvili shelled Tskhinvali and most of South-Ossetians were Russian citizens).

Ah you are begining to understand hybrid warfare.  If you want to commit a crime you also don't want to get caught. Though the BUK issue shows a lack of understanding of the Dutch report.
