Thanks for the loan updates. It would be much easier to navigate if I could click on the update directly from My Investment Portfolio. As it stands I look at Northfleet (for example), then have to go to see if it concerns me, and so on. Take a look at how Assetz do it, they have a column called latest update which works very well This would also save you from having to post updates for instance when a loan has closed (L* House RG10, the loan update says repaynent delayed but in fact the portfolio page says it has been repaid)
It would also be nice if I could order My Investment Portfolio by name, by amount, by redemption-due-date as well as date invested

hi shimself.
Thanks for making the suggestions which would make the site easier to use.
I don't get loan updates. Do I need to request them?
Regards, SXLR.

Regards, SXLR. They are on the site. you can reach them by clicking on each loan in your portfolio, or there is a tab for them all but that's quite muddled

Many thanks.
I just wondered if they had been sending out an e mail update and I had been missed of the list.
How do you rate Kufflink so far?

I rate skin in game very highly, especially when it's actually pound of flesh in game not just 1-2% of repayments. My logic being that they are much more informed about the borrower and the project than I am. Having said which I have doubts about some of the loans so I still pick and choose, but as the LTVs are 56% or better and as (I think) you can always see quick sale valuations I take up the majority, less so on the dev loans of course. I don't go for auto-invest. Lack of SM - doesn't worry me too much in the sense that if a loan overruns I won't need the cash back soon, but of course they should have an SM. The website isn't as logical as one would like, some of the arrangements eg recent cashbacks don't seem to be that well thought through so my trust in their abilities is limited. The directors don't seem to have much background in property sadly.

Am I missing something obvious or is there no easy way to view the amount of money currently invested? My dashboard shows "Wallet balance" and under "My Accounts" I see an "Invested" value under "Select-Invest". This would normally be fine, but the value shown ignores any withdrawals that I have made. For example, if I had £10000 invested at some stage but sold/withdrew £4000, I would expect to see £6000 Invested. The problem is this still shows £10000 as invested which is clearly wrong.

Using the platform on a smartphone is pretty frustrating. Navigating to the menu also defaults to Top Up - which can’t be closed. The ‘x’ at the top right does not work.

kuflink, could you please implement a simple feature to download Current Investments loan book showing following information? Investment date / Loan Id / Loan Status / Interest Rate / Loan part amount / Repayments Left / Principal Outstanding / Interest Outstanding / Principal Repaid / Interest Repaid
