As an investor in LW and other sites such as Zopa and RS, I value the responses from Matthew on these threads. It gives the investor the impression that someone at the company cares what their customers actually are worrying about and takes the trouble to do something about it. Also it feels as if I am dealing with a person rather than a faceless organisation. From the Company's point of view, it means that if one client has concerns - then others are likely to have similar problems and can be addressed in one go. WestonKev used to do a valuable and informative job for RS before he was inexplicably silenced. Thank you Matthew!
