Same with me.
Still zero in the eligible investment figure but I have had a few interest payments and added new funds on Monday and Tuesday. All were transferred to the 30DAA.

I had a positive amount yesterday morning equal to new money plus interest reinvestment, but this morning it has gone to zero again, so either there is a problem or possibly the process is currently running.

If you have specific examples of the calculations not working then please contact the lender desk via phone or live chat so that they can talk it through, collate the information, and pass it through to the IT team to investigate and resolve. Thanks.

Thanks. Yesterday, my spring bonus figure was correct, sometime overnight it has dropped to zero. Fortunately, I have screen captures so I can refer back ....

My eligible figure is reset to zero again.
It was over £2,000 yesterday due to my additional investment and interest payments.

My eligible figure is reset to zero again. It was over £2,000 yesterday due to my additional investment and interest payments. Mine too Not looking good for an accurate calculation of the bonus due

I had the reverse - yesterday the system was showing I was eligible for the additional 1% on £675, despite me being fulling invested the past few days and not injecting new money. Today it shows as £0, which I believe to be correct, so I'm not going to contact AC.
Does it occur to AC to test code before they release it ?

Same here. I had a figure for the 1% yesterday, put a four figure sum on the platform yesterday and got it all invested, and had interest payments come in overnight, and now my Spring Bonus figure is 0. Currently talking to livechat about it.
EDIT: Not accrued, cumulative new money figure for the period.

"we are aware of the issue, the IT department is working on it now. It's just a display issue. we have a snapshot of your balance on the 11th so any investment higher than that point will qualify. it's just not being shown. hopefully should show correctly later".

Mine's gone from a figure yesterday to a £0 today too.......I'll leave them alone to poke about under the bonnet and have another look this afternoon.

This morning my figure was still showing 0, so I emailed Assetz and the total is now correct, whoopee, on my way to a few extra pennies.
Our website developers have confirmed this morning that our system is running slow at the moment, this is due to the increase of activity across the platform. Due to this, there is a delay in the Spring Promotion Total Amounts being updated on the front end website.
They have applied a fix for this earlier this morning and they have confirmed that the Spring Promotion Total Amounts should update accordingly within the next 24 hours.

Mine has moved from zero to yesterday mornings balance, so missing yesterday's interest.
Maybe it will be truly correct later on ?
