Our website developers have confirmed this morning that our system is running slow at the moment, this is due to the increase of activity across the platform. Due to this, there is a delay in the Spring Promotion Total Amounts being updated on the front end website.
They have applied a fix for this earlier this morning and they have confirmed that the Spring Promotion Total Amounts should update accordingly within the next 24 hours. Apologies I think this may be my fault. I clicked "view certificates" on my QAA and merry hell seems to have followed ... dont try it

I've moved in £5,000 but £0 is showing as bonus. My snapshot was 9.4k so I am well above it now, hopefully it fixes by tomorrow morning. If not I'll email AC Support. EDIT: It has now updated

I've not invested any new funds but it is showing "£3.07" as eligible.

Mine looks OK now.
It has updated twice this afternoon.
Once with the correct figure for the Monday deposit and interest, and then again recently with the correct figure including the Tuesday deposit and interest.

Mine's still showing £0 although my investments total is grester than the Total lent funds across your Standard/IFISA accounts at 11:59pm on 11th March figure Will look again in the morning and hit live chat if it's still not showing.

Mine's showing a small amount (presumably interest reinvested) but not including the larger sum I moved in (bye RS!).

Mine was showing a bit (reinvested interest as I've not added any capital?) but it's gone back down to zero again although the snapshot figure is lower than the totals invested. Maybe it's because I've moved all the repaid capital and interest from the standard accounts into the IFISA account? We're only talking pennies here (bonus interest on interest) so I'll not be losing any sleep over it.

According to live chat it is just a display issue... but they are checking with IT just in case. It's just a display issue. A couple of lender accounts ended up with errors in their historic figures which have been resolved but necessitate a recalculation which has had some knock on effects. There's also going to be some maintenance work carried out over the weekend to help with performance of some of these behind the scenes reports and calculations. Figures should be correct later today and after the weekend work the daily calculations should occur more quickly so that each lender account is updated earlier in the day.

Most of my money has appeared in it, but not all. Which is odd considering it went in as a single lump sum (I'm ignoring interest for the moment). I spoke to the live chat and they told me that 1 loan isn't being displayed correctly, but that it will be right by tomorrow. Took them all of a second to come up with that response, so doubt they checked.
