According to live chat it is just a display issue... but they are checking with IT just in case. It's just a display issue. A couple of lender accounts ended up with errors in their historic figures which have been resolved but necessitate a recalculation which has had some knock on effects. There's also going to be some maintenance work carried out over the weekend to help with performance of some of these behind the scenes reports and calculations. Figures should be correct later today and after the weekend work the daily calculations should occur more quickly so that each lender account is updated earlier in the day. Chris As of 8.20 this morning regret my balance still not showing correctly. Should we wait until after the weekend before contacting customer service?

Chris As of 8.20 this morning regret my balance still not showing correctly. Should we wait until after the weekend before contacting customer service? Whilst it is running a bit quicker today it is still processing, so could be correct later in the day. However there's no harm in giving customer services some specific instances so they can double check. The main issue we're facing is that on our test system, that is lower spec hardware but not as heavily used, the daily calculations take 2 hours to complete so are done just after 2am. On the live system that process is taking over 12 hours. That test system is also a clean rebuild each day so the live system has much more bloat through continual usage (look up MVCC in databases and table / index bloat if you're interested) which is what we're targeting on Sunday. We're migrating our hosting provider in a couple of months so that we can scale the hardware more effectively but measures like the optimisation to be carried out over the weekend should help tide us over until then.

Calculations completed for the day about an hour ago if you want to check your accounts...

Well, sadly, as of 11.30 this morning, my balance is still showing an incorrect amount. I have sent an email to enquiries@.

Been wrong for over a week here. Missing a deposit from a week ago and another from yesterday. All funds lent out. Not sure if I even care. Hi paul123 - can you PM me your account details and I've double checked the account details I have on file for you from our previous conversation and you haven't made a deposit since last September. I can't see an ISA account linked to your main account, so presumably you have another account with us. If there's an issue then concrete examples help us investigate and resolve.

Is anybody's 1% spring bonus balance ever correct? Mine isn't. Mine was pretty close to right until I tried to take £1k out of my Standard account cash balance and add it to my ISA. Rather than being moved promptly, as usually happens, it went into limbo. I now have £1k stuck in transit. It has been taken out of my Standard cash account but my ISA cash account is showing no reduction in my remaining ISA allowance for this tax year, and describes the money in limbo as "Transfer in Progress". My amount qualifying for the 1% bonus has been updated for today, and has dropped by the amount of the funds in limbo. I think that means that not only am I not earning the 1% bonus on that amount, I'm not earning the 3.75% QAA rate either! chris: Is AC aware of this problem? Or is it affecting just me and needs to be brought to someone's attention?

I spoke with the help desk and was informed it was busy, and sure enough eventually it cleared. One of my delays lasted across the entire weekend - that was annoying. As this is a gateway which is obviously controlled, I formed the very distinct impression that it is monitored by a third party! Big Brother and all that - and thats where I perceived the blockage to be. (and no, im not prone to fantasy).

Just realised an important clarification that may be required...
"Promotional interest will be calculated daily so if the investor removes some of the qualifying lent funds from the platform or they cease to be lent for any reason then they will no longer qualify for the days where they are not lent."
If I make ANY withdrawals between 4 April and 30 June, are they always deemed to be withdrawals of the "qualifying lent funds", or only if they take the balance below the 4 April snapshot?
i.e. can I withdraw the amount of interest received between 4 April and 30 June, and/or amounts equivalent to any deposits I may possibly make after 4 April, without this reducing the qualifying balance?
Anyone clarified this point with AC staff yet?

Is anybody's 1% spring bonus balance ever correct? Mine isn't. With all the asychronous clearing going on, it is really hard to tell. It probably doesn't matter too much until the end of the period as the Ts&Cs say that everything 'invested before 11:59pm on 4th April 2018 will be eligible'. So for interest at least, it will I guess depend upon how much the hamster has got around to processing. I hope it has a good rest over the bank holidays as it will have a lot of catching up to do on the 3rd and 4th.

Can't get myself particularly excited about the bonus. Bonus payments, cashback etc don't swing by decision whether to invest in a loan/platform.

Anyone clarified this point with AC staff yet? My understanding is this. The qualifying amount is the difference between your stated 11 Mar total and your investment total taken and paid on a daily basis. Before 4 Apr this qualifying amount can go up and down. After 4 Apr it can only go down. Therefore if you make any withdrawal that reduces your investment total below the amount it stood at 4 Apr you will start to lose the bonus. Interest paid and other additions to your funds after 4 April can be withdrawn without effecting your bonus as your investment total will not have gone below the 4 Apr level. I have not clarified that with AC but cannot see how it could work otherwise.

Calculated on what basis? Daily or at the end of June? On a daily basis - I should have said accrued on a daily basis not paid on a daily basis. All paid in July..
