Up till March, as my usable balance flipped over the magic £20, I was pretty much guaranteed to get a PM part, same day. Now though, the balance can creep towards the £60 mark, untouched for a week or more before it grudgingly grabs me something from the SM then nods off again. My guess is an influx of new money from the TV ads elbowing me out the way, though I could be wrong.

Both myself and my partner had/have the same problem, enough money to fund a purchase (at 0.5% of portfolio size) but money not being allocated. In each case we found last loan was made 27 Feb 2018. Rang FC, they said it was due to a shortage of borrowers. Clearly need to advertise more. Since then, my account has made a loan.

'Market conditions' is the expression usually. In this case it could be money going into IFISAs before the end of the tax year.

I have been selling up my Current account and moving the funds to the ISA account. This is taking time a plenty. Set my first loan to sell at ~9am and it usually sells around 2pm. Then it is about every hour and half between subsequent sales. Slow to sell up.
I apologise to whoever got the £100 property loans with 2 months left on the timer...
