A very interesting new development I noticed yesterday is that despite being told that the whole ISA transfer process was "fee free" both myself and Mrs Aju have recently picked up a small fee in our ISA statements for March that suggests we were charged for the process anyway.
The relevant entries are in my latest statements csv and also on the statements screen of the ISA side. Whilst this may be a small fee in my case 55p and in my wifes case 22p yet again if this is a fee this is not acceptable in what was supposed to be a selling Fee Free process.
The text used in my statements.csv data is
"Rapid Return Fee Rebate Correction"
and in the statements info for current month (March) it states
"Fees: Fee for selling loans"
but what that actually means is beyond me as I the emails when signing up clearly stated this process was to be "fee free" so I am not sure what this is for or worse even correct. (I have emailed Zopa with this so we'll see)
This may well be correct and just a textual meaning error but to be honest it's not acceptable to have to keep checking Zopa data with a fine tooth comb to weed out these unexpected oddities that have not been clearly detailed before signing up to this process.
I have scanned our statements data both old and new and can only find this entry as a new one probably as a result of some process error along the way thats been shored up. The interesting thing is that my wife went through this process in January and I in February, the fact that it has appeared on the day suggests this may be correction in the Zopa processes rather than an actual fee but clearly this is confusing.

one possible explanation is zopa sold more than the maximum amount for zopa ifisa. judging form the fee, they have only sold £55 for 55p fee.
contact zopa team and see what they can do for you.

Well today's statements have now lost the 55p for my ISA and 22p for Mrs Aju. Looking at the CSV from today it seems there were some backtracks and some other weird entries as well. I've not heard back from Zopa yet but now (23rd) we both seem to be up on the deal, pennies only, but today we are in profit on the incorrect fees from the 20th.
I wonder what they will say about this one or will it be revered in a day so as well.
I do wonder if the right hand knows what the left hand is doing sometimes but hey something is happening.

On 22nd my ISA showed a small unexplained fee. I emailed them and on 23rd I received a reply to say there was a 'technical issue' with the statements. The fee has now been removed.

Thanks, I still have not received a reply yet from the email I sent them on this on 22ndf, I'm not sure if I'm marked as a trouble maker now with so many emails i've sent them over the last few months.

I have received a response, as you say they have fixed it. I checked our statements.csv and it's true we are no longer in the red from their mistaken fees.
