I called AC and the lady on the phone said it’s not and I will use my allowance whenever I deposit, but when I chat online the lady said yes it is. I am very confused. RateSetter on the other hand is very consistent across platform and on phone and on email saying their IFISA is flexie. Does anyone know?

Does that only explain how a flexible ISA works? As far as I can see it doesn't explicitly say the AC IFISA is flexible. Perhaps I am supposed to infer this from the presence of the flexible explanation?

If you click it, it is the entire FAQ for ISA, so which part you refer to explains it is a flexie ISA? I know what ISA is, I know what IFISA is, but I don’t know if AC IFISA is flexie.

2.6 Your Innovative Finance ISA will be flexible. This flexibility means funds which are withdrawn can be replaced within the same tax year and this will not affect your ISA subscription limit for that year

This flexibility means funds which are withdrawn can be replaced within the same tax year and this will not affect your ISA subscription limit for that year I think they added a new Flexible ISA line in the FAQ now, I never seen that last time when I going through all their FAQ.
