They roll these loans out on a truly industrial scale, but paid back? Which reminds me, must check to see what I can sell. Holding to term around here(and some other platforms) might just mean they get passed on as an inheritance.

If you have 20k in in FS, those figures are bad and you might not be suited to loan picking. If you have £200k in FS, your figures are good. Also the longer your have invested for, the more late you will have. Last time I checked, my late loans was around 4% of my portfolio and only 1 loan more than 2 months late(1% of portfolio). I expect my figures to rise, as the bulk of my funds were transfer in ISA's + fresh ISA money, which has only been invested for 11 months. It is inevitable that a lot of loans will overrun, especially in FS where the 6 months term is never long enough, to complete a project for example. Other mature platforms are also plaqued by a growing list of late and defaulted loans, so not just an FS problem. Long run an 6-8% return is good, so earning 13% leaves a big chunk of interest to go towards losses. For a lot of us, we may need another 5 years to know long term returns.

Almost nothing repaid since early January, and the overdue list just getting longer and longer. I cannot understand why some overdue loans seem to be ignored by FS for so long, before they start to take any action.
