I went to withdraw a partial sum, for the first time, on Monday only to find that I was unable to put in the sum I wished to extract. There was a button for total sell down but that was not what I needed.
Called BM and it was passed to tech dept late pm. By 10:00 the following morning I checked again and could conduct the function as required.
The sell down, within my saleable loan availability, and transfer into my bank account was one of the most impressive I have seen.
Within 10 minutes end to end.
If only all platforms could achieve this.
