Our banking partner, Barclays PLC, have informed us that their systems will be unavailable whilst their technical teams conduct a system update in readiness for new banking legislation.
Barclays online systems will be unavailable from 22:30 on Saturday 31st March 2018 until 15:30 on Sunday 1st April 2018.
We expect this to affect our Platform and any deposit or withdrawal requests may be impacted.

After years of planning, Saturday night is when they finally separate their Retail systems from those of the Investment bank to satisfy ringfencing requirements.
It sounds simple, but this is HUGE - some of these core banking systems are 40+ years old and the people who implemented them are long gone.
You stop the patient breathing, perform open heart surgery, replace a few parts, reconnect a few tubes, sew him up and hope he starts breathing again !
