I really don't know what the exact problem others are having, mine is working fine and even time back in June. I wonder if this is IFISA related, because i don't have one. The sale and the withdraw also work as normal, although I only have 2 collections and one arrangement left in the zopa plus. Glad its okay for you benaj , wish it was for me and many others as I understand it. Its on both sides, although to be fair in the past I have noticed it being very sluggish when swapping sides. I know that the CS guys know there is an issue with inadvertent logging out. Zopa are making some quite extensive changes especially in the security areas and will eventually be moving to a shiny new and hopefully better platform. I think they are also having a few teething problems with external connections. Some screen load very fast but are not fully loaded when they appear to be so. For me it will not stay logged in and when it does many of the pages are much slower at certain times. I know from CS comments that there were a considerable number of people having issues after last weeks problems. I also know that the "Auth" site for new security has its own problems at the moment. I also have trouble with a long secret info word especially on a tab/phone if I get one letter wrong. The old one used to allow you to see the secret word and changing just the incorrect part meant it got through. Not ideal security and when the two stage authentication is brought in it will hopefully be more secure and work better, as long as me mobile has a signal of course ;-)

Not exactly down but loanbook screen, stage 2 report, is giving the old error. Seems to affect both sides, no messages/reasons as far as I can tell though. Probably someone/thing bust the backend again I guess and not told the front end that there is a problem.
edit: as i wrote that it came back on stream .....

Still down @ 14:00. The 502 Bad Gateway error is often a network error between servers on the internet, meaning the problem wouldn't be with your computer or internet connection. >https://www.lifewire.com/502-bad-gateway-error-explained-2622939< But, as CB25 notes, rubbish planning from the IT department that brought us similar errors last summer. Bad gateway refers to http error 502 which is mean that a server which is try to fulfill the client request received an invalid response from upstream server. It is often a network error between servers on the internet, meaning the problem wouldn't be with your computer or internet connection. Empty or incomplete headers or response body typically caused by broken connections or server side crash can cause 502 errors if accessed via a gateway or proxy. Since it's just a generic error, it doesn't actually tell you the website's exact issue. How to Solve 502 Errors
Perform a hard-refresh in your browser. On Macs, this is done by pressing Cmd + Shift + R.
Clear your browser cache and delete cookies. Your browser may be holding on to certain files that were saved once you visited the website with a 502 error.
Change your DNS servers. If you’ve never changed them in the past you likely still have the default servers assigned to you by your ISP, try using open DNS servers such as Google's Public DNS.
Finally, restart your computer/networking equipment. Some temporary issues with your computer and how it's connecting to your network could be causing 502 errors, especially if you're seeing the error on more than one website. In these cases, a restart would help.
