Yesterday I had £100.39 spare cash in FC so I thought I'd withdraw £100. Wouldn't let me - not enough cash in account. Thought probably another example of FC rounding error so left it till today. Today spare cash gone up to £194 - got a few sales as well as overnight increase. Tried to take out £100 again. Guess what - same error. Anyone else having problem withdrawing funds?

Yep, won't let me withdraw either. Tried different amounts but still no joy. Suppose we will have to wait till Monday and ring if no joy then.

Same here. I got '⚠Payee account number Account out of credit: Your account is either out of credit or has insufficient credit to service this request. Please check your account balance and top it up if necessary' which was rubbish. Problem reported back to them.

Also reported and informed them that if not fixed today wil expect interest on funds that could have been withdrawn.

Me too.
And if Funding Circle thinks we will give it the benefit of doubt with it being August and a weekend, then it needs to reflect that goodwill is a two way thing given its arrogance and lack of communication

No mention on the forum, or help pages, in the other place. I guess they are hoping nobody notices..

I extracted all my funds from FC some time ago. I had 2 reasons.
First I was unhappy about defaults and how early in the life of some loans this was happening.
Second I was concerned about the operation and maintainance of my account. I had a situation where a mystery payment appeared, locked up my account, and then vanished without any record of what had happened. (I still have a hard copy of this event). When I was unable to reconcile my account I was given a full reconciliation by FC. In fairness to them they did try. The main problem was that they had no record of a balance of any account during its lifetime. Therefore any reconciliation by FC had to happen from the inception of the account to the present. The older the account the more complicated this process becomes. FC's attitude was "we have checked it so it has to be right", "forget about the mystery payment it never existed". I simply gave up at this point, the ammount being small, concluding it wasn't worth the time.
My conclusion was that the accounting system was not fit for purpose, and deeply flawed. I would think that the problems withdrawing money is a symptom of the same problem. FC are probably aware of the problems and do not want to admit to them. I do have a feeling however, that something serious might go wrong in the future

Doesn't that translate as "you can't withdraw your share of the protected holding account, because it's unexpectedly empty" Eek!
