Withdraw - How long does it take?

I'm moving some cash around at the moment and made a request on Saturday and nothing so far (Monday evening). The website says 1-3 working days but I was hoping that was to cover all eventualities. Do they deliberately not use "faster payments" for smaller amounts (10k or less)?

More to the point I wonder how long it has taken others who might have withdrawn more recently?
