Would it be possible to set the timeout period personally in the new site, 20 mins is a bit short for my liking. RS allow you to set it to upto 2hrs, which I find about right. I prefer to stay logged in all day, although if it works with Reload Every then it's workable whatever length it is - my issue yesterday was that Reload Every just wasn't having the desired effect. It'll work with any plugin that reloads the page every 19 minutes.
