Anyone having issues with the tab or phone login. seems that depending on what one uses a different login is being presented.
desktop: secure2.zopa.com/login tab/phone: auth.zopa.com/oauth/account/login?.......
Trouble is the tab one does not work and it has different options to the desktop one (can't check the secret message - typing on tab not great). End up with a blank screen at the moment even when typing in correct info. desktop logs in fine and check secret message is entered ok works fine.
Anyone else getting this?

Just been on on a PC and it was perfect. Mobiles will never catch on!

PC is fine and my main tool to be honest was just a bit thrown when I used Mrs Aju's TAB this morning.

seems to be working on my phone ok, thing is though typing is not that secure and at least on the old version I got a double check option on the secret message and could view the answer now I can't on the phone at least, haven't checked the Tab yet.
They must have removed it recently as it worked previously on the tab - I always seem to type the wrong thing by 1 letter and it was useful to just go back and change it, in Mrs Aju's case her old school secret is more than 10 chars as well. Still works ok on the desktop version but perhaps they are changing them both and the desktop is still to be done.
Don't you just love how Zopa seems to change things on the fly on the live environments seemingly with little valuable testing. Very unprofessional in my eyes especially in this regulated arena such as banking and investment. I always find also that these front end faux pas's are an indicator of less visible issues that may be more far reaching and more worrying - financially speaking.

almost immediately after typing on secret word says connection time out. ("secure2.zopa.com took too long to respond") android phone using google. Not sure i'll bother that much as chances of typing correct secret word/s will probably mean it fails and it does not give option to check it after an error on mobile.
show answer still works on my desktop version (chrome latest) still allows the check secret word option.

Seems to be working today and they seem to have re-instated the old check on the secret message input stage makes it easier to get this correct if its long like mine.
(I was just writing an email to report the issues and checked it once more on MrsAju's tab and it seemed to be back in action.)

I seem to be having the same issue on the Desktop If you mean the secret word allows you a 2nd chance if you spell it wrong then its working again or ok for me on my desktop using chrome (Version 65.0.3325.181 (Official Build) (64-bit))

I seem to be having the same issue on the Desktop seems that the desktop is not allowing me to correct the secret message (3rd part) this is the first time i've seen that change on my PC. What on earth is zopa's integration team actually doing to their installations/updates. Perhaps Zopa is designed by Sabadell (TSB might have some answers perhaps) ;-) Not the same signin route that worked seems like the signin page for the mobiles see #1 auth.zopa.com/oauth/Account/SecurityQuestionsIts getting worse the follwoing is happening now Signs me off in middle of a process We have a problem - 500 (at lest I can get back in without signing off. I was joking above about sabadell but now it seems to be behaving more like TSB than is comfortable... Now it is rejecting any attempt to look at the ISA loanbook ....

This is totally unacceptable 7 attempts today before I got in this is happening on a regular basis. Suggest complaint to Zopa on each occasion this may focus their minds. If it inconveniences them as much as us they may look at it as they don't seem bothered otherwise.

Its not just the login that is a problem a large number of times yesterday the loanbook just seemed to crash out to a logged out screen. There were also times that I had been kicked off with 504 response, I came back a few hours later to find I was still logged in!!!. The updates and current state is as you say abysmal and the login process is very hit and miss. You are right this is not acceptable but to be honest it's the way it is these days sadly. (I do complain but at the moment but there is no one there anyway so nothing will get done until Tuesday). If anyone is trying to get at the csv files though I found a simple way was to go to the loanbook front screen (The stats one) then scan down to the bottom and load the all_time file then copy the link from that button (Right click) and paste the link into the url box and change the final item from aa_time to current works very fast for me I don;t even both with loanbook much. On a table the online loanbook is useless anyway.
