Is the above email address being monitored?
I have sent two emails, a week apart, and there is no indication that they have been picked-up - ie no 'we have received' holding pingback.

I think there's a reason they don't use the @ sign on here something to do with junk but I've never really understood why can someone explain to me?

Used it on occasions & had a quick enough reply. Depends on nature of your query also.
As Ton said, you'd get a more definite reply by contacting the relevant team member directly though

P.S. I think there's a reason they don't use the @ sign on here something to do with junk but I've never really understood why can someone explain to me? It just makes it a little more difficult for the automated spam bots to harvest addresses if the text doesn't look like an email address.

Cheers Not sure it is monitored: I sent a query regarding the recent marketing email that was offering currently live 14% APR loans and cashbacks, that turn out to be old ones from before I joined! -- Not even an automated reply to say it was received. Unusual, to say the least, for a company not to reply to it's dedicated enquiries email address!

I had a couple of emails in late july which were not responded to. Most unlike AC so maybe an intermittent problem with email account. (Dealt with by phone later).

As an aside, I acknowledged this yesterday by email to both Stephen & Dominic with an additional comment and this email hasn't been picked-up either?

The supplementary was simply to register my concern that my perhaps my emails were not getting through through to you.
