New property Bridging Loan just gone live and around £30k filled already. Usual cash-back available 'till drawdown. Smallish loan only £168k.

Cheers, stardust - oddly, I didn't receive SMS notification on this occasion. Anyone else? No, no SMS for me either, just the email.

Same here, email only. Maybe because it was an evening notification, somebody forgot the office phone? Has there ever been an evening notification before? Maybe for the benefit of all these new investors?

I have a bit too. May dunk more if I can release some more funds, or wait for the other three to come to fruition.

Well I have, but if anyone who hasn't doesn't do it soon there won't be anything left. Less than £50k now.

I just sold a loan part to re-invest in no. 7 and it has gone wrong. Its showing as 100% sold, but still for sale.
Sent off a couple of emails to them so lets hope.

That's probably because it sold in two or more bits. I've got one of those myself, but haven't bothered with the email yet as I presume there's no one n the office. They usually sort it fairly quickly if there's someone around. or as spockie says it might still have a bit left to sell?

Agree Spockie. We have asked savingstream to sort out these 'orphaned' amounts to ensure the last part of a loan on SM is taken in full. I still own a 1p loan from clearing up last time. No interest paid on that one yet!

Mine isn't an orphaned amount, it has sold in its entirety (100%), but it sold in two pieces and for some reason the funds haven't been released back into my account yet - it wasn't even the last sale, there has been quite a lot sold subsequently for that matter. I had one like it a week or so ago but this was during office hours and SS sorted it quite quickly. Has anyone else had one of these? Just as annoying as orphaned bits, and overbid bits really, it means investors funds are tied up when they shouldn't be.
Couldn't agree more that the sooner these glitches are fixed the better though.
