They’ll be trying to rope in yet more spivvy property developers. Flexible loans? Yeah, we’ll extend it by a year or two if you can’t find any used tenners underneath the couch. Don’t worry about our lenders - they’re used to waiting a year or two for their 6 month loan. Valuation is no problem - just tell us what you think it’s worth.
