how come the headline shows 2 stars but the figure shown is 4.7? I've asked trustpilot to comment via my review of trustpilot. I'm no expert, but that 4.7 is out of 10 - the stars are out of 5. So half it (2.35) and round to the nearest and there you go! That said, I can't see where on trustpilot you review something on a scale of 1 to 10. Maybe you'll just have to wait for a response from them.

I know you have previously stated your reason for posting being to gain access to DDc. Hopefully you are not the kind of person who likes to arrive at a party empty handed and leave with a bottle, some of your posts indicate you may be. and after leaving a floater in the toilet Not so sure I follow your comment , but you certainly use a suitable profile name, Idiot being indicative of your obvious character

For those of a nervous disposition, the best way to access the TrustPilot reviews is to access them via the LY facebook page. It is craftily set up so as to filter out all reviews of less than 4 stars-
That is wonderful that the face book shows 4.7/10 and the reviews allowed through show upper 4 out of 5
I suggest it might be worth demonstrating that fact in a short trustpilot report and set it up with a 5 start score, explaining that you had to give it a 5 score so it would get through the filter.
If you have time of course :-)
For those with lots of time "thumbs up" to all the negative scores looks like a way to iindicate agreement

So xpubman1, you don't appreciate the ongoing comments and knowing that TrustPilot reviews are not all that they seem to be and, errr, they can't be trusted? I appreciate the ongoing comments and hope they continue, I find it informative. You have an interesting stance on various matters. Ok Oz , got it, the real point I try to make is I miss constructive comment that helps us all decide what to invest in, Cooling Dude for one and remember the guy who lives near the Hasting disaster site, he saved me some cash, Lofte ankerman echoes a point I have raised, nobody has to read these comments, as for the guy and his floater, maybe someone will stick his head in there with it.

I based my scoring on a scale of 1 to 10. TP may well have a more refined way of arriving at the scores but my scoring appear to be a reasonable match. I have been lazy about providing regular updates partly because I doubt their usefulness.

A very sneaky way by LY to allow the unwary the illusion of a respectable score, whereas 4.7 out of 10 is anything but. By keeping TrustPilot official scoring at the top of their review selection LY honesty stays intact!

Pulling down Trustpilot reviews is one thing, but censoring reviews on Facebook seems rather unethical to me. They know the reason why they don't show any reviews under 4 star. If they are gonna bend the truth here how are they gonna be trusted otherwise?
Sadly like many other people going for the exit, my impaired loans make up about c.50% of my portfolio.
Genuinely believe it'll end in tears - they've grown to be a massive company and I don't see where sufficient business is going to come from to pay for it. IMO the new 'Wealth' product was designed more as a response to what we see now, that tranches of existing loans are filling so slowly, that they need new cash from somewhere. A big whale coming in with £1m on the 6% one would be a massive boost, but that requires someone to have more money than sense.

That really is pretty deceptive of them. I will be reporting that to the ASA to see if they can do anything about it.

LY have bitten the hand that feeds them so many times that none of us have any fingers left. Their attitude to investors is “there’s plenty more where they came from” or, dare I say it, “there’s one born every minutue”. Most of my posts on the LY pages are quite negative, but I genuinely can’t find anything positive to say. Smuggly rubbing shoulders with Princess Anne, whilst at the same time delivering losses and BS updates to investors. I noticed LY are still hiring people. If LY can change their attitude and ultimately improve their performance by driving a lot of the defaults to acceptable conclusions then they may be able to restore confidence. Based on what I can see, I really don’t think they can easily replace all the existing batch of investors heading for the exit doors, they ought to be doing more to keep those people onboard.

I'm keen to hear the sales pitch they'd have to come up with to keep me on board, even I can't think of one. And no, getting to shake the hand of some flushed oily looking character having apparent royal connections wouldn't do it.

I’ve just had a look at the latest TP reviews and it’s a sea (no Cowes Week pun intended) of red 1 star reviews, many of which are an outpouring of anger and are very scathing. Mixed in amongst the 1 star reviews was a single 5 star review that says “Great platform. Does what it says on the tin” presumably posted by a LY employee, or maybe by Princess Anne after a few sherries.
This has got to stop. I say that as one of LY’s biggest detractors and someone who stands to loose a lot of money if this ship sinks. The anger towards LY has got to stop and in turn LY’s “couldn’t care less” attitude needs to be tempered. LY-investor relations have totally broken down. Where do we go from here? This current course is a self fulfilling prophecy. All stakeholders here need to try to work together. Investors need to control their anger and displeasure and LY needs to empathise with investors and open up some honest lines of communication instead of endless broken promises and patronising cut-paste updates.

If the sea of Red 1 Star Trust Pilot Reviews doesn't bring about profound change in Lendy, and it has had zero effect so far, you REALLY have a much bigger and more serious problem than you even think.
