I saw that one by James before it was pulled. Seemed factual enough.
Thing is, Lendy can state 'false information' about things - how does Trustpilot verify whether that is true or not? Kind of defeats the purpose of the platform.

Looks like someone from Lendy is on holiday and they forgot to set up someone to keep complaining to TP, there are hoggins of 1 star complaints sat there from late July. No they are still interfering. The 1-star review of 4h ago is worded in such a way as to leave little room for objections. Another "truly vile" review (87min ago) is probably going to be reported and disappear for a while. linkGiven it's factually inaccurate. 17m @ 10% hardly surprising.

Well, since the post above and now a whole load have been taken down with dates going back to the start of the month. My contention remains, someone was away.

When your customers tell you that you suck, is it a common practice to ignore them but to try to prevent them from telling others that you suck. Wouldn’t it be better to try not to suck?

Bit interesting over there. Lendy I would have thought you need to make comment here and pretty quickly.

Yeah. I look in regularly, take a screen shot and stick it in a folder. I wonder if TP actually keep records of all the 'assistance' they give to their customers. It may end up being important that many of us do.

For those of a nervous disposition, the best way to access the TrustPilot reviews is to access them via the LY facebook page. It is craftily set up so as to filter out all reviews of less than 4 stars-
I queried this with Trustpilot. They don't care what Lendy show on their (Lendy's) website or facebook page. So, be aware, if you see a website full of 4 or 5 star reviews, check to see they've not just filtered out all the poor reviews.

One recent review on TP was from someone calling themselves Ting. For disgruntled forum members it is worth a read. I am surprised Lendy haven't found an excuse for pulling it.

This fiasco makes a mockery of Trustpilot themselves. Lendy have found a loophole that means they can pull almost every review and it stays pulled until trustpilot get around to the process of contacting the end user.

LENDY COMPLIANCE. instead of sitting on your ar*es waiting to pull TP reviews can you get about doing your jobs and salvage some of the £50+million that is /has made lendy one of the least trusted p2p platforms.i take it that your wages have to come out of what lenders put in as well.not very good value for money at all.

thats not correct, my review was pulled then reinstated with no correspondence from TP How long did it take? I had a TP review attempt to be pulled at LY's request TP contacted me to confirm i was a human the review was never pulled. LY can try but as long as TP are even slightly confident it's genuine there is not much LY can do about it.
