I wonder if Riddell took the TP password with him?
Interestingly now disgruntled investors on the other side of the loans are putting their reviews... I think they are barking up the wrong tree here.

I was only jesting about Riddell having taken the password with him, but Lendy needs to get these reviews removed, not really doing any favours for anyone.

My initial reaction is that the administration of a multi million development shouldn't be played out online by unknowns with their own agendas.

The position portrayed by these reviews bears no relation at all to that portrayed to us by Lendy. If there really was a sensible offer to sort this mess out, we should have been made aware of the details so we could make a considered judgement. Lendy really don't have a clue.

Lendys update states they received an unacceptable offer from the Credit Committee however are still having discussions whilst also progressing build out discussions. What part of that is clueless?

I updated my spreadsheet about a selection of P2P platforms after a long lazy interval. That Lendy is experiencing a further battering is no surprise. I noted a few perverse entries, no doubt there are quite a few, such as the 5-star review by Shafty on 22/09/18 that is clearly meant to be rated 1-star. Perhaps a devious way to evade censure. Also of note is BM having just one new review in that same 6-month period. Compare that with RateSetter receiving 1665 new reviews -- BM surely deserves a greater representation. I also note the anomaly of Bondora's number of reviews jumping from 242 to 650 though only 105 new reviews are on display for that period. Perhaps these are all ghost reviews!

Here's a review for you.... £153million in non performing loans. Nuff said.

Google appears to have more genuine reviews than TP.
I think they've given up trying to defend themselves on TP. There still appears to be fake reviews getting placed, though it's clear everyone now knows what they're up to. There seems little point Lendy trying to defend their tarnished reputation, The Telegraph has at last done a fair and proper job on them.

Lendy should use the the rentify solution as pointed out by the fantasy equity crowdfunding blog. Essentially they have a trust pilot symbol with 5 stars on their home page, but then in small print underneath they say over 400 5* reviews. They do have 400+ 5* reviews , but they have a few of 1*-4* reviews taking their 'average' rating to 3*. (To be fair that 3* average does seem a bit low.)

I don't look at Trust Pilot and after reading your post I doubt I will in the future. Yes, HL are more expensive than some of the budget platforms, but I find it hard to believe they are anything like as bad a 122/127. (Though to be honest I don't have experience of most of the other 126.) 1* reviews from people who stuck £30k in without checking the fees - they deserve to have their money confiscated for being stupid! (If they were short of time and made a mistake I would understand, but then why are they posting half a page diatribes on TP.)

At last some light entertainment in the fake reviews department on TP. We have five stars from a lady posting her first review of a Phenomenal Investment. Pity that even with the fantastic returns, she's getting, she couldn't get Lendy's name right.
"... Lenny is one of the more lucrative investments that I’ve made over the years. I am making anywhere from 9-13% on my money currently. Looking forward to the direction I’m headed towards."
I can't imagine why she would be looking forward to defaults etc but it takes all kinds.

Just report them as the fakes they so clearly are.
