main players alright.main players is that why they treat all this like a bloody game playing with other peoples money. main p*ss takers you mean. Think you will find the first main players sold out to a new set of (hands off) players

Hopefully we will see the photos of the ongoing works - I think they will need to be pretty substantial for a 100% recovery on this one!

fundingsecure - for your info the borrower's refinance hope may be the new p2p platform propifi which has this asset listed as 'coming soon'. However their first loan to another of this borrower's SPVs isn't proving to be very popular (1.05% funded after ten days). See this thread for more info.

Thanks for link always good to increase our knowledge base for loans. I’ve no problem FS recovering from refinancing elsewhere in fact there is another offering on propifi for developing of a mobile home park. FS should offer to get them off to a good start when developed by supplying 7 nice new park homes at a slightly discounted price.
