For the last year I have been told by Ratesetter that I would get 50 pounds invested in the rolling market on 27/4/18 for referring a friend.
I have not received the funds neither has my “friend”. I am close contact with the “friend” so I know she has had an investment of over 10000 pounds over the whole qualifying period. She has also not received the bonus.
According to their “marketing page” I have received this bonus. I used to be able to look at the details of the bonus - I.e. that is was going to pay on 27/4/18 but now cannot get any such information.
Obviously, I am going to write to Ratesetter about this.
Has anybody else had a similar experience?
Update .....
Ratesetter pointed out that my 50 pound bonus had been credited a year ago. Luckily, the transaction hadn’t fallen off the end of the activity report and I could see that this was correct. Apologies to Ratesetter.
However, they have still not paid my friend - she will need to investigate for herself.
2nd Update
Today my friends account was also credited. So Ratesetter has fully met its commitment. Thank you.

I was in a similar situation a few months ago. The bonuses were paid in the end, albeit a few weeks late - sorry, can't remember exactly how many.

During the 1-year qualifying period for my bonus, there were a couple of indications on the website that it was in progress. On the Summary page, expanding the "Your Money" section displayed a green banner saying what the bonus was worth and how much longer was remaining before qualifying.
Mine had a daily countdown for a year, then it changed to "qualified and paying soon", then it paid about a week later.
Did you ever see anything like that?
Have a look now, anyway. Even though my bonus has been paid, there is still information there. Maybe yours will say something like when it is due, or a reason why it failed.
EDIT - I re-read what you said about the "marketing page", which is probably what I called the Summary page. So it seems you were successfully in the process of qualifying, and indeed did fully qualify. Did you realise that the bonus is paid by investing it on the Rolling market? In your list of Rolling loans, there should be one for £50 created that day or shortly afterwards. Another way to spot it is to expand the "My Balance Sheet" section on the Summary Page -- in my case, I have an entry below "Deposited" labelled "Promotions", and my bonus amount is shown there.
