Surprised I had quite so much in this, especially at 70%..so will lapse, bank the swag, shuffle the cards and deal myself a smaller hand.

I notice the BH rolled over the £100K  which If I can get a word in b4 this site goes down..again..has disappeared and been replaced with a bid of £162.5K..seems strange on a loan offering no bonuses |

Good to see lenders in this loan repaid in full (£1.1m Repaid), some development loans do work out.

Very nice but what to do with the proceeds? I've now accumulated 15% uninvested cash due to lack of suitable loans so I've withdrawn most of that today. Not doing interest-on-activation, £500 minimums, 2nd charges/supplementals or multiples so not a lot left really.
