I also very clearly recall that interest would be paid monthly! Doubtless SS will see this thread & clarify

When this loan goes live, interest will be paid monthly.
Because this loan is for 6 months with a minimum of 3 months we removed the ability to receive interest upfront for this loan as we do not know the exact term of the loan. This is why there was no option to select monthly or upfront interest.

Thanks for your response, this seems to be what most of us here had thought/ assumed anyway, but just for the sake of clarity and anyone not on or watchiing the forum, the Loan Detail page still reports "Upfront interest will be paid upon go live of the loan" and makes no mention, as other loans do, of the payment of monthly interest. Perhaps an amendment is needed?

savingstream: Could we also have an update on the 'Go Live' situation of this loan? IIRC, the last info we had was that the date had slipped to Thursday or Friday. If the website is correct, then it didn't happen. So what is happening, and when do you expect it to go live? Or is there a bigger problem?

We have received confirmation from our legal team that PBL008 has finally gone live. We would like to thank all our investors for their patience in awaiting this.
We can confirm that cashback payments have now been credited to investors accounts.
As PBL008 was first listed on the platform on 26th August 2014, we have also made retrospective payments for August's monthly interest. You will find these listed in your statement with a date of 31st August 2014.
